Golden Triangle with Udaipur

Day 01: Arrive Delhi                
A traditional welcome, upon arrival at Delhi International airport by our company’s representative who will escort you to your hotel for a night stay.

Day 02: Delhi – Agra (205 Kms / 4 hrs)
After breakfast, your guide will take you to explore some of the famous sights of Old and New Delhi covering Raj Ghat – the crimination site of Mahatama Gandhi, Jama Masjid – the biggest mosque of the country with a capacity of more than 20000 devotees, then board cycle rickshaw (Pedi cab) ride through the hustle and bustle in narrow-winded streets of chandni chowk towards to the historic Red fort where you may click yourself along with the 17th century fortress (Red Fort) built by the great Mughal emperor Shah Jahen..

Later in afternoon move to New Delhi to visit India Gate – a war commemorative site built in the memory of 90,000 Indian soldiers who laid down their lives in 1st world war, then drive pass by the magnificent parliament, President House and Diplomatic area towards to the tower of Victory Qutab Minar - the highest brick Minaret in the world and one of the finest example of Indo-Islamic Architecture.      

Late afternoon, embark on your scenic drive through Yamuna Express highway to Agra – the city of Taj Mahal and check into your hotel for a night stay.

Day 03: Agra – Jaipur (245 Kms / 5 hrs)
Morning, proceed for a guided city tour of Agra visiting one of the most beautiful building / one of the seven wonders of the world TAJ MAHAL an amazing piece of architecture built by the great Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan in memory of his favourite wife Mumtaj Mahal after she passed away as her memory. Also visit Agra fort, an excellent example of Mughal architecture built by the great Mughal Rulers for military establishment initially and many buildings added later for their residential purpose  

Later in the afternoon, drive to Jaipur which is popularly known as Pink City due to its pink painted walls, founded by one of the greatest rulers of Kachhawaha the astronomer king Sawai Jai Singh in 1727.

Upon arrival check into your hotel for 02 nights stay.

Day 04: Jaipur
After breakfast, proceed for a guided city tour of pink city Jaipur starting with an excursion of Amber fort a prime attraction of the city where you will enjoy an elephant ride to ascend reach a top of the fort Amber fort a mixture of Indo-Islamic architecture and ornamentation built by Raja Mansingh in 16th century.

Later visit, the City Palace complex with its several museums where you can see some lovely collection of Royal Rajputs, weapons and miniature paintings. Then move to visit fascinating Jantar Mantar (Observatory), the biggest astronomical observatory in the world built by the Maharaja of Jaipur, Also visit Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), an amazing five storied monument along the main street of old city built by Maharaja of Jaipur for the royal ladies

Rest of the day at leisure to explore many facets of Jaipuri crafts such as colourful embroidered fabrics with mirror work, pottery, semi-precious jewels, woven carpets etc – see artisans at work and enjoy souvenir shopping in this beautiful city.

Day 05: Jaipur – Udaipur (395 kms / 6 ½ hrs)             
After an early breakfast, embark on your scenic drive towards to Udaipur often called the most romantic city of the country because of its famed lakes and Palaces.

Upon arrival check into your hotel for 02 nights stay.

Day 06: Udaipur             
After breakfast, proceed for a guided city tour of Udaipur starting from the Royal City Palace one of the largest Palace in Rajasthan fascinated by the antique furniture, unique paintings and exquisite glass mirror and ornamental tiles work of these palaces. Construction of this Palace was started by Maharana Udai Singh II, founder of Udaipur city and it later became a composite of structures (including 11 different small palaces) built and extended by different Maharana’s (Kings).

Also visit Sahelion ki Bari known as the garden of Maids of Honour which is a decorative courtyard built by Maharana Sangram Singh for the Royal Ladies, decorated with several fountains, Swimming pools and chiselled pavilions. Indo – Aryan Jagdish Temple, the largest temple in Udaipur built by Maharana Jagat Singh devoted to Lord Vishnu the most beautiful shrines of Udaipur and attracts thousands of pilgrims and visitors with its distinguished sculpted descriptions.

Later in the evening, enjoy a refreshing boat ride on lake Pichola and appreciate the surrounding rich history and beauty of the city including the magnificent Lake Palace.

Day 07: Udaipur – Delhi (By flight)             
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Udaipur airport to catch your flight to Delhi.

Upon arrival in Delhi, you will be transferred to your hotel for a night stay.  

Day 08: Delhi (Departure)             
Today, you will be transferred to International airport to catch your flight to fly back home with the unforgettable memories of Golden Triangle with Udaipur Tour.
